I'm not even sure if you would be able to mod this game since the game is online only. Modding weapons, clothing, or player characters might be seen as hacking. Quest packs would not really work either b/c its a multiplayer game. Mod creators for other Bethesda titles might just ignore this...

In the Product Description section, it says " A beautifully illustrated "parade" poster". I am guessing they just forgot to put it in the list.
