I ordered the Street Fighter V Collector's Edition from Best Buy, which unexpectedly arrived today.

I guess I won't pick up my SFV CE. I really like the figurine but why did it have to look like George Lopez. If there was a steelbook and rare dlc then I probably would've kept it.
 
Anyone know if we can cancel GS guest orders? I had the FE Fates SE coming in and honestly, don't want it. Costing $94 with shipping.

I called yesterday and the wait hold was over an hour, so I'm asking here since my card just got hit with a preauth (hope I can still cancel) and I rather not spend time on the phone to be told no.
 
So I missed out on the Amazon Grand Kingdom LE fluke, but their price on it is still much better than NISA. I want that blue horizontal poster, and NISA shows it with the LE but Amazon doesn't mention a poster. Is there a chance that the poster is exclusive to NISA?

In the Product Description section, it says " A beautifully illustrated "parade" poster". I am guessing they just forgot to put it in the list.

 
Frys was my savior for the Majora's Mask n3DS XL lol.

It apparently went live on Gamestop and sold without me knowing it was even a thing and this was near the end of my work day.  So I immediately ran to store to order in store to no avail. Then found out it went live and sold out on BestBuy in the 10 minutes it took me to drive to Gamestop.

Ended up finding out Frys would have them in store only on release day and they had like 12 of them, would have a sign, and would have vouchers;  aka it was a sure thing and all I had to do was show up.  I drove by every hour the evening before (just down the street) seeing if anyone was in line yet.  Finally I saw people and pulled in but couldn't tell if these were employees waiting for rides or what as they were just leaving...  

So there I was 7th in line around 10 pm on a freezing cold February camping for something for the first time in my life...

Lol, Fry's here had people camping out around that same time as well. I went to Target's at like 6AM and was the 3rd in line (They supposedly got 5 consoles, but one had went missing so some poor guy went home empty handed after waiting).

I had on like 3 layers of clothes plus coat/gloves and a blanket and was still freezing my ass off.

The stories about the MM 3DS XL launch were awesome. So many crazy stories. I read the entire thread and it was still entertaining as hell to read.

 
Will be interesting to see how many copies of the SE Frys will be getting and what the pre opening lines would be like. Last year my local Frys got 12 Majoras Mask skullkid bundles. But there was also the MM3DSXL system that got people to show up at stores super early. Anyways if you weren't in line by 6am for that then you're pretty much too late. But Fire Emblem aint Zelda and there's no extra incentive of getting a 3ds system as well with the wait.

Looks like I'm camping out at Fry's for Fire Emblem than. Missed out on the SE before so good chance to score it. Hopefully Walmart or Target has them too (doubt it though) just in case Fry's sold out or doesn't have any.

Walmart had it in stock but you had to call to get an order in! Maybe they'll have more in store somehow

Doubt it, There are approximately 4000 Walmarts, even if Walmart decided to stock 1 copy for each store, that's 4000 copies on top of what they sold online. Besides I don't recall Walmart ever carrying LE, CE, SE in stores, it's always been online only. the only reason Frys has these in store is because they don't take pre orders for any video games, plus they only have a handful of stores nationwide and can easily carry 10 to 15 of these per store after dividing up their allotment.

Seems to be fair but certainly not a bargain. Ebay completed listings show a range of $120 to about $150 new, various conditions (remember a lot of them came with dented boxes). Amazon shows $170 min for new.

Jesus, those Bravely Default prices are crazy.  Higher than when it was in low stock at launch.  The normal game itself is even really expensive.  WTF

Well I think the normal game is also out of print, so that probably drove the price up even more for both versions.
 
Wow. I didn't know that there was a sequel to Bravely Default. I kinda wished that I bought the LE game at Amazon so I could have complained about it being damaged and got a discount... Because I still haven't touched my copy from Best Buy and it's just sitting on a shelf. I didn't get time to get to it yet... I liked the box and I'm glad mine is in good condition compared to Amazons damaged copies. I might get the second LE just for the box since it looks good. But I might need to play the first one first...

Oh... But I need to get a copy of the Fire Emblem Fates SE! I forgot to preorder it when it was available... So Im planning to leave early to camp out at different stores in hopes for it. Any one know if Target, Walmart, Toys R Us, Best Buy, Gamestop, Meijer, or somewhere would have a copy in store on launch day? I was planning to check Meijer and Walmart at midnight just in case to be early.

Lol I think most people here did that. I got like 20% off mine personally, and it just had a minor bend in the corner. I remember some peoples were just straight up abused though

Do you have a Frys near you, that's probably the only place you'll be able to find a copy in stores if you didn't preorder. Otherwise good luck!!!

I'd check Frys if you live near one. They didn't take preorders for the SE, so they are selling units in store. It's even in their ad.
