Not pre-owned, but some of the stores will open several and display them (in locked glass cases). Having said that, I don't think I've received one ordered online that had the tape broken around the foam trays. Although I have done it, I'm always a bit leery of purchasing open statues only...

I liked it for what it was. I mean, it's not a AAA 360 release, but it isn't without any redeeming qualities. I bought the CE when it was on sale for about the same price a few years back (mostly for the extras) and was surprised the game was decent given it's rep.

Well, that sucks, I didn't trade it in for that reason.
