After downloading the game on both 360s, can someone play Destiny on each console at the same time? And does anyone know yet if the expansion pack can be downloaded on both consoles or just the first one it is installed on?

I preordered AC on 3/5 but didn't trade anything in. Would I have to preorder again to be eligible for the trade-in bonus or can I just show my receipt? Also, does the Unlocked bonus stack with the 40%?
