Got home finally. Went to Best Buy and Target looking for Sonic Colors, and I don't think they ever had them in stock (for any system). Both were annoying because they had movies up front of the store, games were where they normally were (which I didn't know if there was a black friday display...
Bought Fire Emblem Three Hopes. I already owned Valkyire and Star Ocean, and I'm waiting till Diofield gets cheaper on PC (Just because the controls would be much better on PC I'm assuming since it's a RTS/RPG Hybrid).
Ended up buying Horizon: Forbidden West on PSN for $30 and since I had extra Apple Cash from my card, I splurged on FE Three Houses for $30.
Might go tomorrow morning and pick up Sonic Colors from Best Buy. Want to make a run to get some clothing on sale, so I'll be out anyway.
I've played both and beat both (well one character's story in Star Ocean since there are two). I would say Star Ocean is similar to Tails but at the same time a little different. Combat in Star Ocean is about learning to dodge and not get hit to keep your combat points high since you gain combat...
So question. Horizon Forbidden West is $29.99 with a free PS5 upgrade. If I wanted to grab it, is there any reason to buy the $39.99 PS5/PS4 version (I own a PS5 and would never play on PS4)?
Thanks
Debating on if I want Horizon Forbidden West for $35 or not. I got Pokémon Violet coming Friday which will be my next game but I don't see Horizon getting cheaper anytime soon (would probably play after Pokémon). I thought the first one was decent but nothing groundbreaking but I generally enjoy...

Bought Paper Mario for Switch used at Gamestop. Wasn't going to buy anything else for BF but I've been eyeballing a used Trails of Cold Steel III for a few weeks at Gamestop (was waiting to find another game to get free shipping) and thought might as well get Paper Mario and Cold Steel III to...
Grabbed Ratchet and Clank and Miles Morales Ultimate from Amazon. Would of waited for a lower price but want to play them asap because my 2022 is stacked for gaming. Either way happy to get these games for under $70.
Any idea on pricing for games yet? Looking to nab R&C and Miles Morales Ultimate since my 2022 gaming wise will be stacked past March so want to play these now. Don't mind buying digital.
Thanks, i'm running a RX-570 as my GPU so I can run all of them on Steam fine. I will look to see if I can find the PS4 versions of 1-2 for cheap if not i'll consider the PC route. For 3-4 i'll consider Steam. I don't mind having multiple systems for games.
So looking into collecting the Trails of Cold Steel series since it's the last PS4 era JRPG series I want to collect. Is there any reason to buy the PS4 versions over the PC version or vise versa? Debating if I want to go hunting the PS4 discs or get them on Steam sale.
