I gave up on Monster Menu after finishing the tenth level and Googling to confirm that the story was nonexistent. The initial premise was interesting, but they put zero effort into following up with any substance whatsoever. Glad I rented it.
I'd lean Octopath 2. It improves on the original (which was also very good). The only reason why it's not in the conversation for my favorite Switch game is because it's multiplatform and I played the PS5 version.
I didn't bother with any of the post-game stuff, but I did complete all eight paths. I'd put Octopath safely in my Top 5 Switch games, so I'm excited about a sequel. I'm more excited about a new Fire Emblem, but I'll take more Octopath.
Might depend on why you play Disgaea games. Virtually everyone admits that 6 offers fewer options and less post-game stuff than the last couple of games (largely because they redid the graphics engine and cut some things), so if you play Disgaea for the postgame grind, you'd be better off going...
I paid more than that for the Switch version (Season Pass), so I don't see the problem. Granted, I'm not desperate to double dip at that price point (or in a rush to do so at all).
I actually preferred Tyranny to the other isometric RPG's that released around the same time (ie Pillars of Eternity and Divinity Original Sin). Game play mechanics weren't as strong, but the story/characters were more interesting.
I spent more time playing Neverwinter Nights than any other game, but I don't know if I'd go near the Switch version. Feels like it loses out on too much that made the game great. I'm "meh" on Icewind Dale, but Planescape Torment is excellent. Baldur's Gate is good. Baldur's Gate 2 is excellent...
FE: Three Houses remains my favorite Switch game, but I found the out of combat stuff hilariously entertaining, especially the "relationships" that made it feel like basically every character was involved in a love triangle.
Or when the Bucs committed a penalty on defense, they got away with it. The refs definitely called two very different games.
That doesn't excuse the lack of a game plan offensively for how to help the backup offensive tackles who were physically incapable of holding up at the edges. I wouldn't...
Redragon makes solid stuff, especially for the price. My current keyboard is the K557 and I'm using the M709 mouse that I won in a giveaway. No complaints.
