AMC shows go up on Netflix streaming about a week prior to the start of the new season on TV. So season 5.1 should be streamable at the beginning of August.

I was told by the customer service manager that they don't work on 3D movies when I picked up Prometheus. The coupon didn't ring for the 3D combo pack, but worked on ET and Red Dawn. She gave it to me anyway, and I did point out that I use them on 3D disks all the time, and that they advertise...

Funny... I went to go request my refund from Amazon (ordered w/ coupon, order shows $29), and when I select my Avengers order, a message pops up and says that they're refunding everyone who pre-ordered at any price greater than $19.99 and to expect a refund notification in 1-2 days. I guess...

Okay, I finally got a code from customer service but have no idea how to use it. I picked something from the list of titles, but when I try to check out, there is no way to enter the code at checkout. Any ideas?

I still don't even have an email about my code. I sent them an email asking about it and they eventually replied with a note that the bad codes should now work, which is not my issue. I don't see a phone number on the old site. Does anyone know who I could call?

Picked up 21 Jump Street this morning at Target. It was marked on the shelf at $19.99 but rang up at $14.99. Someone in corporate must have gotten the memo about their ad.

3D Combo version is $19.99 right now at Best Buy. Use upgrade and save and get it for $14.99.
