I just got a 30GB Zune and followed the steps to converting a movie to MP4 format and syncing it the unit. It works fine, but it seems to take a long time to sync and download to the Zune. I converted a couple AVI files to MP4 and tried syncing and it would just sit there at 0% for a long time...
