I visited 2 Target locations in Houston, TX to look for those wired 360 controllers after class today: 0 @ Shearn St. Cleaned out 0 @ S. Sam Houston Pwky. Cleaned out I asked the guy at the SSH Pkwy location if he could check who has them in stock. When he scanned it he was surprised...

Received mine today, it is the CE. The edges on the cardboard were slightly bent but the tin was in excellent condition. Thanks again OP ;D

Interesting. The stores I've been here in Houston, TX have the games behind the glass with the orange sticker on them. There was only 1 location that had both games behind the glass & on a whole aisle. I guess it's a YMMV.
