That is unusual, I have had one problem in dealing with them over 5 years and I used the Internet chat button and got it fixed right away. They also have a toll free number on their contact details of the website. I have always used Paypal to check out so no issues for me with over charges...

Finally!  My black Retron 5 preordered on September 12 at 7 PM from Amazon is "preparing for shipment".  I have a suspicion that it will be shipping with a PS3 game I also preordered coming out tomorrow.  Both were with free super saver shipping.

I ordered my code at 1:00 PM today and received the code at 2:15 PM. It was one code for 24 months and redeemed though Xbox.com just fine.
