Cant speak for other areas, but seems to me that this deal may very well be YMMV. I live in the Twin Cities, and TRU DOES have this deal going on here. But it DEFINATELY is on the orange live/points cards only. The ones in the bubble plastic packs. And they usually have them at the checkout...
