I recently saw Silent Hill: Shattered Memories (Wii) for $19.99 new.

Slightly more expensive than the refurbished units that Futureshop had a while ago, but at least they are brand new. Only for the Xbox 360 version, though. DJ Hero(X360) Amazon.ca
