I dont think there is. The ones that you can get with DMR points currently make no mention of digital copy.

They have added Elder Scrolls Online Xbox one/PS4, Destiny Xbox 360/One/PS3/PS4, and Dying Light Xbox 360/One/PS3/PS4 to the list.  I thought they were going to abandon the promotion, glad they haven't.
