The game has great atmosphere but can be frustrating. Knowing that a typical "grunt" enemy can kill you pretty easily adds a lot of tension

So for some reason when I click the game it won't go past the screen that says Killer instinct season 2. It doesn't ask for the disc it just turns black and then kicks me out to the xbox dashboard. This didn't happen back when it was Season 1

I'll try out my copy today. I know for a fact it worked without the disc before because that was the main reason I traded it in. They could have killed it with an update though

It's the full game plus a season 2 DLC character token. You can actually install the game and characters and trade the disc in since it's not required to play

I saw one Gearshift (which I never see anymore) and a few Light and Dark expansion packs at the Redwood City, CA Target.

There's supposed to be a new wave coming up this month. (March 15th was the date I read for Easter themed figures) so maybe there will be some more expansions then?

Have you tried installing the game to see if that helps? For some reason I can't install past 75% because I get a dirty disc error despite no scratches

Just a few thoughts as i finally 1000/1000 the Xbox one version of Trap Team last night: Definitely invest in Blastermind and his lock picking wowpow, make things so much easier. Im finishing up my file on 360 and the performance and graphics on Xbox One is so much better. No stuttering, loads...
