Yup, They are either in the electronics department, or in one of the aisles in the boys department. They have a whole section dedicated to the "collectible" figures. They carry a pretty wide variety of video game figures.

Too Human is totaly worth $10! I bought it on launch date, and though the game has a few flaws I don't regret the purchase (I'm a sucker for loot drop games :D )
