A few minutes my @ss! Preparing to download took me at least 15mins with the actual DL taking less than a min. Im guessing its "scanning" the data already installed to determine what you need to DL, but 15mins?! Stupid PS4 -_-. The same thing happened with Witcher 3, but MGS5 patch DL...

Well you can also make the argument that Sony profited from the PSN Blackout years ago with the "Welcome Back" program since those 30-day PS Plus trials created new subscriptions. Its just Sony trying to mitigate damages. Why should we be angry @ that? Nobody is forcing you to buy anything...

Yea the game is fun with friends...doing it solo will be boring imo. FYI last month I read they will bring a "Borderlands Collection" to current gen consoles. If they do, hopefully it will include TPS. Its just a rumor tho so who knows...

Haven't played TPS...but there was no way to prevent that in BL2. As host you can kick players or quit to end the game session, but I never found a way to prevent that. My best advice...stay away from randoms! Look for friends on BL's forum, etc. to link up. Using the public matchmaking will...
