I was able to get Max Payne 3 knocked down to $40 today and still have the gift card, just checked the balance on it. They were having issues with it at first, I think it wasn't even working for a new transaction, but the manager told the girl to just do an exception return or somethin. Win win.

I would imagine that the PS3 GOTY edition comes with everything pressed on a new single disc. That is probably why people have had gameplay issues when comparing the GOTY edition to vanilla. This is contrary to the 360 version in which it includes the vanilla disc and the DLC on a second disc...

The slipcover came with the first printing of the game, regardless of where you purchased it. I had purchased it at Target awhile back, kept the multiplayer map codes and sold the game for almost as much as I paid for it new. It's pretty much hit or miss at this point.
