The Army Air Force Exchange Service (AAFES) has ME 2 for $19.95 here at Wright Patterson. Knowing AAFES, this is most likely YMMV. Not a bad deal for the standard edition, not to mention no sales tax. Been waiting for a decent deal, so i'll bite.
