Most of the time, the orders get cancelled. On Amazon, the seller has the right to cancel it if it was 'misrepresented', even after you've paid for it. It's happened to me several times that I've bought something at a 'lower' price, had my order cancelled, and then seen the seller put the EXACT same item up for sale again at a higher price. It's pretty messed up, in my opinion. They're responsible for the accuracy of their own listing, and if it says '0.02', then they should have to bite the bullet.
