when is best to get them? where do you find them? i haven't had any luck in the clearance sections

Usually the only way to find them is if employees forget to take them off the shelves. Most stores don't sell them or won't anymore in my experience.

It depends on your store. Bestbuy's here for instnace never remove em and have no problems selling em but gamestops in this area are super strict due to a past employee selling em on ebay.

Best bet is to check them within a day or two of drop. They don't stay on shelf long

the gamestops where I live take all the ones that are getting pennied out and put them in the back. then the employees come to the store i work at and trade them in for store credit. they make some money and we get some rare guides, it works out great. I've gotten some pretty good ones lately that way, picked up 3 SMT double jump guides.
