actually regular price is around $25 these days with alot of movies coming in cheaper. This time next year i can see Blu Ray starting to come in at dvd prices.

Yeah, that is the normal price... but best buy has that as the "SALE" Price even though it is the "Normal price"... most "MSRP" stickers on best buy items are 39.99

Agreed. You'll be hard-pressed to find any recent/decent titles with an MSRP sticker with a $25 price tag on them.
