1080p HDDVD player or Upscaler

I already have one as you can see on my profile i have a psn gamertag. I need this for someone else. I would prefer something cheaper and just an upscaler i don't need blu ray or hd dvd. I only mentioned an hd dvd player since it might be cheap as hell on clearance.
