Sellout.woot is selling a refurbished 2GB Sandisk Sansa for $24 shipped today, here:
http://sellout.woot.com/

I have the 4GB model from Woot, refurbished, and it's fantastic.

If you install the Rockbox firmware here:
http://www.rockbox.org/

Your Sansa will then accept MicroSDHC. Grab a 8GB MicroSDHC card from Newegg for $15.50 shipped:
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820211341

And you've got yourself a 10GB MP3 player for a little under $40. Possibly less if you wait for a better Micro SDHC deal.

Just thought I'd give a heads up since that's a pretty good price for a 10GB MP3 player, and it's a great brand. I paid $45 for my 4GB Sansa alone a few months ago and it's worth every penny.

I bought one this morning after my old IRiver bought it from 130lbs of metal death from above.

I think you can even find 32GB micro cards now, can't you?

I was just about to order but my father reminded me that he scored an extra Sony NWZ-S718F I could have.

Thanks anyways OP

The deal on the Sansa is good for two more hours (until 1AM EST/12AMCST). However, sellout.woot and woot are known to sell a lot of Sansas, so this type of deal will definitely pop up sometime in the future (although I'm not sure how much longer Newegg will offer free shipping on the MicroSDHC card).

misleading title. thought it would be 10gig without the card. I have a 4gb from woot.com but I don't like how much longer the microsd adds to the boot up time. Great players for the price, good lookin OP

With Rockbox, it doesn't take that extra time to boot up with MicroSD. Rockbox is a glorious thing.
