$115 Playstation Vita on ebay: Scam or not?

As you can see, this store is selling some pretty cheap playstation Vita bundles. The problem being that one, they have so many, and two, their trade rating is a ghastly 92%. Also the shipping time says it could take more than a month to deliver it. More red flags.

If I were to jump on this, what would be my options in the event of them just stealing people's money? Would ebay cover me?

Pretty much what I figured. I was curious as to how ebay would back me up if I did roll the dice on the chance that it ended up being legit, but it just isn't worth the risk.
