LOL this thread reminded me of when my exgirlfriend used to be into buying gift cards off ebay to save a couple dollars (literally a couple dollars) lots of times you'd see the cards sell for exactly what they are worth and sometimes a couple dollars more than what they are worth. The only thing i could figure was maybe people were not fully verified through paypal and could only get out $500 in a calendar month, I ran into that problem once. Either that or they just got so carried away that they HAD to win.
