$16 Smart As @ Studica.com, $17 @ kmart(OOS online), $10 used @ GS(OOS online)

If you pick up a 16gb vita mem card at gamestop for $20 comes out to around  $3 for the space used(1.36gb) if you get it on PS+ in January.

 
I forgot the Vita mem card only has 14gb after formatting a 16gb, But still less than $3 for the space, but when Vita mem card is regular price physical would be the way to go, unless you like having all games on mem card.

And this is only assuming the ability to delete data on your Vita is broken or something. I like to have all my downloadable content available as much as the next guy, but there are definitely downloadable games I've played and can comfortably delete knowing I'm never going to touch them again.

To each their own, but I never buy (or even keep if I already own) anything I get for free on PS+.
