I don't really wan't to spend a ton of money either, but this 15" lcd monitor I have is driving me nuts.

@OP-That Acer is the best monitor you will get for that size and price.

Go with the HP w1907. It's not too hard to find it on sale for $200 and the picture quality is out of this world.
