There are no restrictions as to which CDs you can purchase. As of right now there are a bunch of used CDs priced at 57 cents that you can find by running a search for 99 cent CDs and then narrowing the results by price.
.57 x 4 x .8 = $1.82
So basically, for $1.82 you can get 20% off your secondspin order, so it would obviously be wise to order everything in one shot. The CDs will add a little bit to shipping costs as well, my shipping went from $4 to $5.
