Had no problem getting this to work with in store pickup. Interestingly, the promo code arrived 20 minutes after the 'your item is available email'. I typed in the promo code before I picked up the item. I wonder what would have happened if I cancelled the order at that point. 400 free ms points?

I ordered the wrong one (the 400 free MS points link points to a new item page with a different SKU); however I was able to call customer service about it and they were nice enough to suggest sending a $5 gift card... so just be nice :lol:

Went in store and bought it hoping receipt would have code printed on it since email said in store and online... No luck. I wrote customer service. I'm waiting for reply.

Sending an email to customer support does you no good, they just told me to contact Microsoft which will not help at all. The only way is to call them.
