I noticed on the Frys site that they're selling 2000 Wii Points Cards for $13.64. They're unavailable online but you can try ordering for in-store pickup. A lot of stores are sold out, but some stores still have them in stock. If you have a Frys nearby, try ordering for in-store pickup to see if your local store has any left. Worth a shot!

Not to threadcrap, but for a slightly better deal, a seller on CAG is selling 1600 Wii points for $8 flat, and he accepts PayPal only.
