2012 Election: Ron Paul Edition

tivo

CAGiversary!
Hypothetical 2012 showdown with Obama vs. Ron Paul

Who would you vote for given the above options?
Wouldn't voting for Ron Paul be technically throwing your vote away? I don't think he can get enough votes to make a difference.
LOLZ @ your sig...
Calls this what you may, but I would say that Blacks actually benefited from the slavery. Comparing the current lives of many African Americans to Africans, one can see that the former live in much better conditions with greater freedoms and opportunities.
Wow, the Paulistinian nutters really have come out of the woodwork in the past week. Did they all get marching orders at the same time?

A more interesting race would be Ron Paul vs. Bernie Sanders. I want to watch that debate. ...and I don't want no wussy "Ask a question, get 30 seconds, no rebuttals" debate either. I want a no-holds barred Jerry Springer debate. :D

They're not polar opposites though. Ron Paul is a full fledge libertarian, but Bernie Sanders isn't an all and out Socialist.

True. In fact, they probably agree on a whole variety of issues. Perhaps they should run together - who would make the better VP? :D

It's funny - Paul is more Libertarian than Republican, yet identifies as an (R). Sanders is more Democrat than Socialist, yet self-identifies as a Socialist.

Ron Paul has a great chance this time, his following has done nothing but expand and the political activists are stepping up game. If he dosent win Its at least educating people on his ideals and reminding and educating the public on what true liberty is and showing us that freedom isn't just a slang word the govt can through around under guise of keeping us safe while becoming our worst enemy.
Ron Paul is
Obi-Wan Kenobi

I admire him because he truly cares if liberty continues in this nation or not, and he is of good character. Ive seen him speak in person and the energy where i saw him speak at was unbelievable he at the very least is inspiring our generation to change things if he cant directly. The rEVOLution is in effect.
