I'm not sure when the sale started, or how long it's going to last. I saw the flyers posted all over the storefront when I was on my lunch today.

They sell new and used games and systems (I'm not sure if they sell new systems, I only remember used ones). Might be worth checking out if you're in the area.

It's on Granville Street between Robson and Smithe, for anyone that doesn't know where to find it.

I feel I must point out that Charlies already had bad prices, but they marked everything up before starting the sale. Even with the 25% it's still REALLY bad.
 
I went by today. No AC, and the prices weren't that bad, but selection wasn't great. They do have quite a few GC/XBOX games (e.g. Eternal Darkness for $35).
 
Last Fall I picked up Fable 2 Ltd Ed. on release day from Charlie's at 25% off (total was about $45 inc. taxes). They had the same 25% off sale on Canada Day but there wasn't anything of interest. It is defeinitely hit and miss, but I'd still check it out.
