Circuit City has a 25 pack spindle of Philips 8X DVD-R media for $3.88 after MIR. Reg. $19.99 - Instant Savings $6.11 - MIR $10 = $3.88.
Edit: after visiting CC today, it appears that the picture and SKU# in the ad was for the 25 pack of Philips 8X DVD+R media instead of "-R". Also on the shelf the DVD+R packs were advertised as having the rebate, and the DVD-R were not (and of course there were not any +R left). A visit to the customer service desk with the ad in hand got me the 25 pack of DVD-R for $3.88, no rebate required.
