Hastings has new 30% off sale for used DVD's when you use the code JAN2DAY. The sale is only valid for two days. Shipping is about $2.28 per item. This is because all items are shipped individually from various Hastings stores.

Generally speaking, used items are in better condition. Overall I'd say Hastings' used merchandise are in great condition usually.

This was where I was able to find Beast wars season three a few months ago for a reasonable price (I think it was like $18), so be sure to look up hard to find stuff there.

This is a great sale for TV shows btw. This is how I got my DBZ Orange box sets for cheap. They're like around $10 each here

have you had success getting TV box sets with the original packaging and everything? Thinking about getting Lost Season 6 to complete my collection but if I don't want to if it's not going to be in the right packaging.

I'd love to take advantage of this, but the GoHastings.com website is down. No, it's not just me. I checked "Down For Everyone or Just Me" to confirm that the site's down. Well, it is 3 AM, so hopefully Hastings is just offline temporarily.
 
sheesh. I ordered Xena Season 1 at $8.62 after discount and 24 Season 8 at $14.71 after discount... 20 minutes later I get a message saying they are out of stock and cancelled. THEN this morning gohastings re lists them as in stock but at $17 and $33 respectively :rolleyes:

yes, every tv set I've gotten has been complete.
 
Well I looked again and found some stuff. If there are any MMA fans here, there are some good deals on PrideFC events, I got the 2000 GP and the 2005 GP for under $20 shipped.

I ordered several items from the site during their buy-two-get-one sale and they all pretty much came in great condition except one. My Simpson's 20th had some sticky stuff on it - not like from a sticker, but like someone had put packaging tape around the package or something. Came off with a cleaning and all though. Other items I picked up was Simpsons Testify! CD, Family Guy Partial Terms of Endearment, Cavalcade of Cartoon Comedy, Simpson 11th, and American Dad v5.
 
How long is that silly bandz program gonna last for? I've always got a ton of movies picked out there, but I always end up holding off buying because of shipping.
 
Thanks OP! I managed to pick up all of the Babylon 5 movies included the movie set which is always incredibly expensive, along with Volume One of the 90s X-Men cartoon and the Benjamin Button on Blu Ray for $45 shipped.

The email they sent out seems to imply it's part of the two-day promotion - even the code is even the same as the 30% code "JAN2DAY".

The two-day promotion is Friday and Saturday only...
