360 Elite disc tray problem & Gamestop's 30 day return policy

I just bought a 360 elite from GS, and the disc tray sort of stutters and wobbles at the end of the opening process, is this standard for the new xboxs?

I still have the 30 day return policy that GS has if I need to swap it out. But I'm also not sure how that works. Will they give me a new boxed Elite if I return it, or will it be one of the refurbished POS's that they have?

doesnt sound normal. my elite opens and closes without any wobbling or shuttering. just one smooth motion. =)

Say it ain't so. I just bought an elite a couple weeks ago from them. I haven't been paying too much attention to mine though.
