360 HD-DVD Issues [Use HD DVD thread above]

i have a brand new copy of American Gangster on HD-dvd and it wont read the disc all my other discs read fine (Is there an issue with it ?

Make sure your HD DVD player firmware is updated (it'll do it automatically when connected to Live). If that does nothing, try exchanging the disc first, then we can go from there.

Also use the stickied thread in the future.

Also give it some time to boot up (it's an internet enabled disc so it will take awhile) and if that doesn't work, unplug the ethernet cable before you start it up again.
