So I just got a 40" Sony 3D TV for my room. Wondering if anyone can recommend some 3D games I should check out with my PS3.

Not sure if a PS3 specific one should be created.

Motorstorm is good, Killzone 3 was decent. Some of the PSN games are good also. WipeoutHD and Tumble and a few others.
