New details on Hyrule Warriors Legends DLC.

First off, the 3DS version gets everything, but the Wii U version just gets the characters and weapons.

DLC Pack 1:
- Master Wind Waker Adventure Mode map
- 1 new Adventure Map battle scenario
- 16 new My Fairy costume pieces.
- Releases when Legends itself drops.

DLC Pack 2:
- Link's Awakening Adventure Map
- 2 new Adventure Map battle scenarios
- 1 new character (unknown)
- 1 new weapon for Linkle
- 16 new My Fairy Costume pieces
- Releases Summer 2016.

DLC Pack 3:
- 15 new My Fairy costume pieces.
- Phantom Hourglass/Spirit Tracks Adventure Map
- 1 new Adventure Map Boss Battle
- 2 new Adventure Map battle scenarios
- 1 new character (unknown)
- 1 new weapon for Toon Link
- Releases Autumn 2016

DLC Pack 4:
- 15 new My Fairy costume pieces.
- Link Between Worlds Adventure Map
- 1 new Adventure Map battle
- 2 new Adventure Map challenge scenarios
- 2 new characters
- Releases Winter 2016.

For those wondering about the new battle stuff, the Adventure Maps have been changed for the 3DS version. All weapon unlocks are done via the Adventure Mode map, and you can only get Level 1 weapons there. To get the others, you have to defeat the Big Bad of that map to unlock the other Adventure Mode maps, one of which includes the Level 2 weapons and one of which includes the Level 3 weapons.

Also, the Spinner is a regular weapon this time and is no longer unlocked via the Link amiibo.

EDIT: If you're on the fence, check out this review of the Japanese version.

Highly recommend Mutant Mudds if anyone is into platformers. Very interesting game mechanics. It's not a typical run-jump like Mario. You have a jetpack that lets you hover. It's tough to describe. The best way to see it is for yourself with the demo.

Take a look, because the $4.49 price on the original is a great deal for a good game with a ton of content.

Hell Yeah, now I can get the last SEGA 3D Classic's I was missing. Great games, with great fan service, I recommend these titles strongly to any fans.

I don't know if this still works, but here is a Bravely Second End Layer code:

B0JX89HM33RSQKST
that code is useless now.

it was supposed to give you early access to the demo (a few days earlier than everyone).

the demo has been released and is already on the eshop, available to everyone.

I was going to suggest watching out for the Sega 3D Classics that are in the upcoming retail release, but they've only put games on sale that are not in that collection. I didn't know that collection comes with all of the Sega console themes they've put up on the eShop.
I bought 3-D Out Run when it went on sale in early December, and it was well worth the money! The horse was removed from the car (due to lack of Ferrari license) but otherwise exactly as I remember it, with added (really nice) 3-D, an upgrade to run at 60 fps (the original was 30), and two more songs to choose from, possibly making this the definitive version . Definitely in for Space Harrier, After Burner II, and maybe Super Hang On, and that retail pack is also looking very enticing.

I actually checked the titles before hand for that exact reason. I was planning to get the physical release, so I was only going to get the games I didn't have already, and those that weren't coming to the set, which for me is After Burner 2, Gunstar Heroes, and Streets of Rage 2.

WOW, I didn't actually know about the themes, that's very cool. I refuse to pay "N" a dime for their themes, so it will be nice to finally be able to change my theme. Those SEGA themes are actually some of the better ones offered, so getting them as a part of the physical set is a HUGE bonus. SEGA really has been going above and beyond lately, it's really nice to see a company put in work, and actually not try to fleece their fan base.

Sega 3D Classics are super highly recommended. They did a fantastic job on them, from the UI overlay, to the new options (different sound chips, button remapping, different types of 3D), to some of the best 3D effects on the system. They all run perfectly as well.

My favorites so far are...

Streets of Rage 2

Shinobi III

Fantasy Zone II

Sonic 1

I'd fully recommend them at $5.99.  At $3.99, imo, they're instant purchase.

5th Cell (Scribblenauts & Drawn to Life devs) have been shut down. They were most recently trying to crowdfund a new game that failed big time because nobody knew about it, so I guess they couldn't line anything else up to keep the studio alive.

Super hang on requires a learning curve on the steering as in at its limited to 3, straight, turn, and hard turn, its also a ruthless game to be good at.

Even with this in mind, its still an amazing game to play. The extra bonus is the world course which is a non stop 48 stage endurance run which so far the fastest time people has gotten is between 27-30 minutes

You know, I just read an article that Nintendo may be ceasing production of Wii U's sometime this year. I guess it's due to low sales and their next console coming out in the near future? Either way, I suppose it was only a matter of time (if the news story is true). I wonder if Nintendo will continue support for the Wii U and continue to add games from time to time? Sort of sucks b/c I had hopes for the Wii U.

http://attackofthefanboy.com/news/wii-u-production-ceasing-2016-according-nikkei/

Nintendo only recently stopped supporting the NES and SNES, and that was only because they ran out of parts. They'll support the Wii U as long as they can.

That doesn't mean they'll keep making new ones or even parts. They make more parts then they use for units sent to retail and keep aside, they keep a certain percentage of consoles back for various reasons, and they also use parts from consoles they get back for service or whatever to fix other consoles.

Pokemon Shuffle got a major overhaul. Two new modes (Mission and Survival) have been added, new Enhancements have been added, a Quick Jump menu allows you to jump from zone to zone, and the Tutortial lady comes back with a recommendation emblem. The layout has been majorly revamped too.

I'm a big fan of Circle Entertainment (and their self-appointed shill), and they have been on FIRE for the last year and with upcoming games. Legend of Dark Witch 2, Fairune 2, Witch and Hero 2, Harvest December, Parascientific Escape, and I'm pretty sure they're going to bring over Adventure Bar Labyrinth.
