Stores will be setting up "dump bins" for these titles, and from what I understand so far, they won't be marked as the 50% off price, but will ring up as half off the price on the sticker.

This deal works online! If you do "Pick Up @ Store," you will get the discounted price when you pick up the game.

And just for reference, since I'm not sure how well-known these acronyms are... KNR = Kinect Required, MVR = Move Required, MVC = Move Compatible, MP = Motion Plus.

for you trophy whores out there i recomend getting terminator salvation. its 12.99 which isnt a great price however if i remember correctly there are only 12 trophys. just beat the game on hard on your first playthrough and you can get them in one shot, easy platinum lol. just beat it and return it

Got a sealed copy of battlefield 2 for 3.59 , ymmv most likely but I'm assuming they converted the new copies to used . I was shocked they still had new copies when he handed it to me .
 
Just picked up both Boom Blox games (complete) for under $10. I highly recommend them for that price. They are great fun, especially local multiplayer (more like party play).

Also, I'm gonna get really controversial and say: Lair is worth $2.

Nice! They gave me a Limited Edition box for BC2 but sadly there wasn't even the used insert in it

didnt you see the E3 demo of the game when it was shown a few years back ? it was horrific lol. how could anyone want it after seeing that ? :)

BlazBlue: Calamity Trigger (only fighting game I've played is SSFIVAE, and I'm really bad at it. Wondered if this was any easier to get into)
Order Up (looked fun, and I like the Cooking Mama style games, but haven't heard much about it)
Stoked (loved the old SSX games, wondered if this was at all similar)
Dark Void
MLB 10 The Show (not a fan of baseball, but was always curious about The Show)
Sam and Max 2 Beyond Time and Space (loved TWD, but didn't like BTtF. Would I like this?)

Anime fighters are -way- harder than SF4.
 
Picked up F1 2010 on 360, game is complete but the disk looks like it's been used for a spot of sanding.

Hopefully it'll still work.

well then, thanks for the heads up. Reviews had said differently, so I'm glad I asked first. Fighters are really, really not my strong suit, but I like the anime style so I was still considering it. I'll pass now though;)

No probably not. BlazBlue is WAY faster gameplay and even at casual play, combos play a bigger role than Street Fighter. I does have a type of easy mode similar to Marvel vs Capcom 3 where it will blend combos together and you might get enjoyment out of that. Beautiful game though, i think its well worth the asking sale price. Amazing hand drawn artwork and a soundtrack that will knock you on your ass. Still, I've seen newer installments going for pretty cheap, might just be worth getting a more recent release of it with all the extras.

MLB 10 The Show (not a fan of baseball, but was always curious about The Show)

Sony makes the definitive baseball game, no contest. Just be aware that they cut their online servers off soon after each new installment. So if you are bothered by unobtainable trophies, steer clear. But I suppose then you don't have to worry about the online pass. I too am not a baseball fan or sports fan but The Show is a quality game, really can't go wrong at the price.

since 2007 ive said to myself that i would never do this but i just broke that promise, i now own haze and lair smh. lord help me lol. im trying to find neverdead but instore pickup has cleaned out some gamestops of copies :(

Thanks for the list.

I went to two Gamestops this morning and neither of them had signs up. The people working didn't know this sale was going on.

Picked up Zack & Wiki for $3.49 cib. It even had the LE 3D lenticular puzzle that was a preorder bonus from GS or the Capcom Store. Thanks OP for the heads up on the sale.
 
I have Earth Defense Force: Insect Armageddon on the PC, is there any good reasons I should pickup 2017 or is there really no difference between the two?
 
I was only interested in MLB Front Office Manager. I love baseball and figured this would be pretty cool. Big sale of the day for me, picked up the PS3 version for $1.90 including tax!

Should I play Star Wars Force Unleashed before I play the sequel?

Also, I didn't know so many more games were on the list. I went to my local Gamestop in the afternoon and there was just an empty bin. The guy was loading another bin up behind the counter. I didn't see any titles I wanted.

Seeing Red Steel 2, Sports Champions, and Stranglehold for cheap make me cringe. I had bought those used from Gamestop awhile back and they are in my backlog. I also got Akai Katana on release day from them.

Might go back and get Deus Ex: Human Revolution at that price because I don't have a Wii U. Maybe Medieval Moves: Deadmund's Quest as well.

Grabbed boom blox, obscure(loved the original don't care what anyone says), mag, rock band 1&2 for ps3, lair, edf 2017, blazblue: cs, call of Juarez. Damnation, eat lead, and quake wars. Nice little mix of stuff and got it all with leftover credit. Preordered ac4 for the poster while there.
 
my gamestop only had resistance 2 on sale.
I tried El shaddai and Blazblue on ps3 and both were $9ea.

is this sale company wide? cuz the dude had no idea what i was talking about

I couldn't get into IA. You can tell the new developer was trying to capture that 2017 magic, but it had no heart at all. 2017 is far more satisfying.

Yes you should. If you play SW Force Unleashed II before I, it kinda wouldn't make sense and would seem sorta silly. I personally think Force Unleashed is better than II. But I'll let you decide when you get to it.

Ended up keeping my order from this morning which I think I got around 11 games for 19 bucks, and just went to the store after my class was over and ended up grabbing complete copies of Haze, Elebits, and Zack & Wiki....now the only question is when will I actually get around to most of these games lol
 
I know this is not the right place to ask, but can i use the bday 20% with the b2g1 on ds/wii games?

Example: $6.99 game x .20= $5.60. Do i get to pick two $4.99 games for the b2g1 or doesn't apply?

I believe the B2G1 on Wii/DS ended yesterday. But for future references, yes you can, just make sure not all 3 games are hte same price, otherwise it makes one cheaper, and that one becomes free.

A lot of you guys, im not picking on you cancer man you just had a few games that im talking about, are getting horrible games that are literally only good for achievements/trophies, if that. Rogue warrior is HORRIBLE and so are Raven Squad and a few others. Section 8 had its servers shut like 2 years ago. I will admit the only thing I wanted to grab was Infernal and that was just for achievements as that looks very bad as well, but easy. You guys always complain about Brink, Duke Nukem, and Resident Evil ORC. Just wait what your in for with a few of those games. :hot:

Admittedly there are a few gems in the sale. But it is mostly stuff that was already dirt cheap for a reason.
