If you're buying your own auctions with a eBay GC then yes, however its 200 transactions AND $20,000 gross income in order to get a 1099-K. Don't really see a benefit of buying your own auctions tbh, with all the fees and stuff anyway.

You only get 1099-K for selling on eBay (not buying), 200 transactions + $20,000 gross income - just to make it clear.
