Thanks OP.

Picked up Drill Dozer (pickup) and Death Jr. (shipped). Couldn't find Drill Dozer at CC, or trade for it, so this is very nice.

Just wanted to confirm for anyone interested that Geist (GC) is indeed $9.99 in store. I was happy to pick it up as I left it behind at TRU when it was around $10 at Christmas only to discover my boyfriend wanted it.

I picked up Drill Dozer for myself. Finally!!

Cag strikes again. I missed out on DD at CC but I am now finally redeemed. Great pick up-$10.83 with instore pickup.

Got 12 copies of Death Jr from Circuit City for ~$8.50 each. I quickly took them to Wal-Mart and recieved credit in the amount of:

ONE MILLION DOLLARS!!!
Ah. All the same anyways, I hear it is rather awful.

Anyhoo, for those of you who can't get in on this deal, I snagged two extra Drill Dozers and Death Jrs, if anyone is interested. I also have one DD from the CC sale, so three total available.

(No, I'm not hoarding. There were plenty left of each of these titles when I took my 3 apiece.)
... I got the last Death Jr when I went to that today, there were no Drill Dozers (but I already have that :) )

Went to the local BB after I read this. Got there and the price said $29.99 . Just to make sure I had a guy double check and sure enough it was $9.99 . I told the dude about the price tag. He said thanks and went off to make a new price tag.

Thanks OP!

A lot of people seem to be perfectly fine about openly committing fraud.

When i went to go to Best Buy i saw TimeSplitters: Future Perfect ($9.99) and Prince of Persia: Two Thrones ($19.99) for the PS2.

I'm currently selling Frink brand sarcasm detectors.

Thanks OP! I just ordered Drill Dozer and with my $5 coupon that BB gave me for cancelling my House 2 preorder, I got this game for $7.43 shipped. YEAH!

I just saw this in store today and was going to post about it, and of course I check here and there's already 6 pages on it! *lol*

I picked up Drill Dozer for under $10 which is great since I couldn't find it at Circuit City. The West Covina, CA Best Buy had about seven copies too.

>_> Hoarding....

Thanks OP, picked up Polarium. Was surprised that BB put up correct price labels. It's a pretty sweet game, and I've been playing it for about an hour now. The only problem is that I'm getting the Tetris-esque symptoms of thinking of black and white tiles and how to flip them...argh!
Picked up Death Jr for $7.99 at Circuit City after the 110% PM.

Score!
I did the same today, Roufuss.

It was a bit of an ordeal as CC was very busy. At first they called the local Best Buy, which I knew didn't have it (or I would have tried the coupon). But I knew another store about 30 miles away had it. Then CC's CS desk laptop wasn't connecting to the Internet so she couldn't check the web page. She was trying to call someone for help on that when another girl asked me what the price difference was. The CC tag was $39.99, but I knew it was really $29.99 at CC, and I started to say that and didn't even get to the $9.99 yet. She misunderstood me and thought I was trying to PM from $39.99 to $29.99 and she told the other girl to "just do it". So in their haste and confusion, partly because it was crowded, they went ahead and did it :D

For me they tried to call Best Buy (which I also knew didnt have it) and no one there answered. After about 10mins she just asked some guy and he said go ahead.

Thank God for Best Buy's lack of customer service!!

Well, the stupid Best Buy they called for me said "we don't carry it any more", which was a horrible thing to say :D. She was checking on the price and that's what they told her (they told me the same thing on the phone earlier). That's why I was trying to get her to look at the Best Buy website herself. But their computer problems and a line backing up at the customer service desk helped me out a bit. It also helped that the other girl, who had override authority (the one helping me didn't), wanted to go to lunch ASAP :D.

I'm so happy that this came right around the CC sale and picked up the salck for me with Drill Dozer. That was one of my major major wants from the CC sale, but i was able to pick it up this time around. Didn't see any Death Jr. or Viewtiful Joe Red hot Rumble, but I did find Total Overdose and picked up one of those as well.

scored drill dozer today. psyched since i missed it during the cc sale. also noticed they had 1 penny civilization iv guides, so i snagged one of those too (but thats a story for another thread). thanks bunches, op.

Wow. After driving all over the greater Orlando area looking for Drill Dozer in 6 CC's (and thankfully finding one last copy), then now it's no challenge to find at Best Buy....

I don't know about anyone else, but I hated playing Death Jr. The inability to control the camera easily really sucked all the joy out of the game for me.

I might pick up Flow just because it's obscure and to expand my rhythm/music game collection.

Was there a sale on Yoshi's Island or did you just pick it up?

Anyone know where Best Buy ships from? Can't wait for my Drill Dozer to arrive.

Their warehouse.

My girlfriend picked up Drill Dozer and Polarium for me at the Broadway BB in NYC she said she only saw one polarium and picked it up. While she was waiting for the bus she opened te sealed copy of polarium and there was no game within. SO she ran back to BB and asked for an exchange. They gave her one no questions asked and at the same time put 2 more copies of polarium on the shelf. So they either got a new shipment or they are only putting out a couple at a time to prevent hoarding.

On another note my girl is now hopelessly addicted to polarium and wont give me back my DSL. I just hope she never gets animal crossing or I am screwed.

Nah not on sale, I just have been meaning to pick it up. What an awesome game. Can't believe out of all the games I have, I am playing a couple GBA games (Yoshi and Drill D).

I think I will be liquidating my PS2 and Xbox games as the only platforms I really play anymore are the DS Lite and XB 360. I am going to get rid of all my non compatible xb games that I still have sealed. Just too many games and not enough time. At least with the DS I can take it with me and play whenever I get a minute.

The BB near me had a ton of Drill Dozer, managed to grab a copy for $10! Thanks OP, I was sad I missed out in the CC sales...

now if only BB would sell ToP for $10...

Their warehouse.

Obviously...I meant what city and state, so I can estimate an arrival time.

My order shipped today by bootleg UPS Mail Innovations, so who knows when it'll come.

Yoshi's Island really is a good game. I think it got a Player's Choice release? Which would make it $15 after GGC. I should really pick it up. It's pretty underrated but I actually enjoyed it more than say, NSMB. Heck, more than SMB3. Drill Dozer is really fun too, has that feeling old Mega Man games used to give me, but now as an adult.

This is a good start, Best buy. Now do We Love Katamari, DK King of Swing, Metroid Zero Mission, and (hells yeah) Zelda Minish Cap.

Why are people getting excited over Odama at $30? That and Chibi Robo are destined for further drops.

Because we want to, y'know, play it.

I just checked BB's video game page and noticed they now have a price drop link. I picked up Battles of Prince of Persia DS for 9.99. Also noticed THUG 2 PL HTS for 9.99. I think they had 31 games total listed, including the games already mentioned.

Added in all the $9.99 games listed on the page, added them to the OP.
