A way to add more shipping after a paid auction ??

I had a customer who won a game and chose media mail as their shipping. Later on, the customer changed their mind and wanted overnight shipping but had already paid the total with media shipping.

The customer seems helpful and wanted to pay the rest in order to overnight (around 20 bucks). Is there a way to do this within Ebay? Thanks~!

If you are doing it through Paypal, just have them send money to your account as a service or something, without ebay involved. It would probably work just the same.

This would incur another set of fees but would probably be simplest. Otherwise, you could refund the entire payment and have them re-send a higher amount to cover overnight shipping.

Yeah that's pretty much what I did since it seem the easist to do.
