I doesn't work for me as well just says it was shipped usps first class without a tracking number.

Got mine today. It had the Microsoft seal and everything, and the download code worked fine for me.

Got mine today as well....case was a bit damaged because it was just tossed in a padded yellow envelope, but all I really cared about was the download code, which worked just fine. Not bad for $6.25.
