Also, last time I checked at Amazon, it's trading in for $4 still, so if it is indeed a new copy, you can pick this up, use the code to export the songs to your hard drive for play in RB2 or RB3 and recoup half of your investment.

I've tried hunting down deals at the K-Mart 20 min from where I live. Every time was a disappointment. All they ever seem to have for cheap are stacks of crap DS games.
