Advice on an auction

I am in the market for another xbox 360 and I found what looks to be a good deal on ebay. I had a few concerns though.

Seller has limited feedback and limited membership to Ebay. Also the gamertag takes the deal from being above average to great. But if I can't get the password to go with it, I might as well keep looking for another great deal.

Advice?
 
Why would you want to use somebody else's Gamertag? Because they have a high amount of Achievements? Or just because the name is something cool? (Either way, both of those would be extremely lame.)

Ebay is a buyer's market. PayPal will side with the buyer anytime. Unless the seller pulls the funds out of his account (and doesn't have a bank account attached), you'd really have nothing to worry about.

Well, unless the console was banned from XBL or something.
