I'm interested in getting new tv. I gotten a ps4 from bestbuy I was not sure if my old tv would work or not. One employee said it would with the ps3 AV cables, but I looked it up when I got home and yeah not doable. I don't blame the guy probably not into games and my fault for not looking beforehand. I was surprised they had so many ps4 when I got there. Guess they stocked up for the sale.
I did find a way to play ps4 on old tv by using a rca to hdmi converter, but wth the deals going on I'd figured if there is a good tv on sale I'll upgrade.. It'll be a big upgrade seeing as my current tv is the boxy JVC kind. Luckily it's not too big so easily removed, but still pain compared to new tvs.
My parent's has a phillips flat screen not exactly sure what kind it is. I believe it's 31 or 32 inches.
I'm looking for either 24" 27" or 32inches around that range in size. The tv will be in my bed room.
The space for the tv is 33nches or so long I can adjust some things to give more space if needed. My bed is about 53inches from my big Jvc tv. Not sure if any of this info will help on figuring out what size to get. atm using a stand not able to mount.
I was wondering which brand is good quality picture wise and quality in not dying after using the tv four times.. I've seen some good deals, but not sure if they're good brand wise so hoping to get people's opinions on it. Also how are their customer service if you had to use it.
I don't mind if it is smart tv or is not smart tv. Is smart tv any good or benefit to watching tv or playing videogames?
I mainly want it to watch dvds/blu rays and play my ps4 and wii u games on also still using my ps3 still have a few games I need to finish on it. Would it be better to get a non smart tv since I don't really plan to use the smart features?
I've looked up various reviews and hard to decide.
These three samsung seem like good price wise, but not sure on samsung brand never had samsung tv before.
Is Sony tv better or samsung? or should I go for a different brand.
Would I be able to connect directtv and my ps4 and wii u or will I need to change out the ps4 hdmi cable to play wii u. I don't mind doing that if need be.
I'm thinking of either these three tv that are on sale, but open to other recommendations.
