Advice on Xbox Quick Charge kit

I've noticed on eBay there are quick charge kits from Hong Kong for ridiculously low prices. Has anyone who have bought these (or have heard about them) tell me if they are they as good/reliable as the official ones?
 
Is it the one with dual charge stations and comes with 2 batteries? If so my friend had one of those and said it sucked. IMO buy official microsoft accessories, it will pay off in the long run.
