Good deal, was getting interested in the Forza series lately after hearing good buzz around Forza 4. Been waiting on Alan Wake as well, even if it is a downloadable. Still have plenty of room on my 250 GB and have been wanting to play around with some games on demand (I assume thats where it comes from). They just never have sales. =/

I really liked wake but it could have been so much better. Had a Couple of Gripes with it. Still want a full fledged sequal though. Good price for it by the way
