Alternate Numerical Web Address for CAG?

rockphantom

CAGiversary!
Howdy,

I'd like to know if there is an alternate numerical address for Cheap Ass Gamer.com?

My employer has blocked all websites with the word GAME in the URL.

However, I'd still like to hunt for deals while bored at work. :D

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Milan

You could try getting the ip address for the site and enter that since the request won't go through DNS it might go through.

This was done because he doesn't want you on CAG at work. Take the hint.

Thanks for the tips everyone. I'm a government employee and there is a lot of free time between assignments. Unfortunately, our agency blocked many websites a few months ago. This was done because many idiots were springing viruses on the network by visiting casino type "gaming" pages and A/V streaming sites, which caused many headaches for our IT support staff.
Any site with the word game or gaming in it has been blocked. What a drag!

You guys aren't really "tech savy" really? An
Alternate Numerical Web Address
is called an IP address, and every single website has one. Going to cheapyd.com won't work because it just redirects to this site, it's not actually a mirror, that'd be like googling cheapassgamer and clicking the google link. You can find the ip address by just typing in "ping cheappassgamer.com" in cmd, and its 67.225.136.120 although I highly doubt this would work, since even public elementary schools have filters based on both ip addresses and urls.
