Damn Batallion Wars 2 is tempting, but my cash is already limited for other games. Is this only for a limited time or is the price drop final?

I would assume the bulk of these are temporary drops, but maybe someone else knows for sure.

I don't think it's final yet, but prices on Battalion Wars 2 seem to be consistently dropping. I think it's only a matter of time before it hits 19.99 because I get the feeling that retailers thought it would be more popular than it was. Amazon has discounted it now several times, and it's part of the YMMV Best Buy sale -- I saw it at $25 there.

I think it's like Soulcalibur Legends, which also seems to be converging at 19.99. I also saw that at Best Buy for the same price.

I love this game but I also love DBZ the anime. They did a really good job of making you feel like you are in the anime fighting.
 
Surely, GT Pro Series is worth $20, right? It does come with a wheel, for crying out loud.

No More Heroes is tempting... but I might just wait and see if it drops more.

Dragon Quest Monster Joker (DS) has been dropping like crazy (now $18-ish). So maybe the same thing with No More Heroes???

I'm debating between Tenkaichi 3 or No More Heroes.

I hear NMH is a pretty short game in itself, so I'm leaning towards DBZ.

Does there happen to be a Tenkaichi 4 in the works?

picked up battalion wars 2 finally - figured it won't drop much lower than this - and if so, amazon pretty good about pricematching before 30 days. went in for GoW2 too @ 19.99
 
the majority of these can be found cheaper or at the same price in store somewhere... they're just price drops, and many of them aren't even knocked down to the 'normal' price right now.

legend of the dragon is $30 everywhere
all kidz sports games are $20 almost everywhere
potc is $20 almost everywhere
chicken shoot is $20 at target, normal price
showtime boxing is $20 at target, normal price

i could go on, but honestly, as has been said, these are mostly shovelware (nobody cares) games anyway... there's a few good deals in here, if you're interested in like, the petz games or something... but if you're considering anything here, you might wanna shop around first and not just assume that the original price is still what these games are going for nowadays...
 
the title is misleading op. you said 38 games... I only see like 2 or 3 games.

I appreciate the tip, but Sonic doesn't have free shipping because it ships from Target, not Amazon.

I know. I'm still undecided, but it makes me kind of sick that I'm tempted by a Petz 2-pack to get free shipping. I'm not sure if my justification is to play with the kids, or because it's $13.
 
It saddens me to see all the crap that Secret Rings gets. Probably the best Sonic game in years, and no one gives it a chance. The first hour or so is slugish, but after that it's pure Sonic gold.
 
I've been trying to find Cranium Kabookie for the girlfriend. I'll probably bite on this deal unless I see it listed better elsewhere in the next day or so.

Well, to be fair, you could make a list like this for the Xbox 360 as well, and probably the PS3 soon enough. There are several great Wii games too; they just haven't been marked down recently.

Well, I pulled the trigger :oops:. My wife had wanted some books so I tossed those in with Pet Catz 2 and got free shipping. Yay me!

This was my first Amazon purchase in a long while. I think the last thing I got was a 3 pack of Pet Hamsterz 2 (they were on sale and B2G1 free so I got 1 for my daughter for Christmas, one for her friend, and 1 extra for $30 total - I ended up selling the extra on eBay to come close to paying for all of them). I guess Amazon is just a Petz game source to me (they seem useless for other stuff which I get using credit at GS or GC) ;).

I was very tempted by Batallion Wars 2 but I figure that will be $20 MSRP or on clearance at CC for $16.96 soon enough.
